Mint Julep

8 Mint leaves
1/2 oz simple syrup
2 oz. Asbury Park Distilling Small Batch Bourbon

Lightly muddle mint and sugar in the bottom of a chilled julep cup. Add bourbon and crushed ice, then stir until the outside of the cup frosts. top with crushed ice and garnish with a fresh mint sprig

 

AP Espresso Martini

2 oz. Asbury Park Vodka
0.5 oz. Espresso Limoncello
0.5 oz. Coffee Liqueur
1 oz. espresso or cold brew

shake & strain

0.75 oz. Asbury Park Barrel Finished Gin
0.75 oz. amaro
0.75 oz. red bitter liqueur
0.75 oz. lemon

Suffering Bastard

1 oz. Asbury Park Gin
1 oz. Asbury Park Double Barrel Bourbon
2 dashes of aromatic bitters
2 dashes of orange bitters

add bourbon, gin and bitters to a highball glass. add ice and top with ginger beer. garnish with a mint sprig.

 

Aeronaut

1 3/4 oz. Asbury Park Aquavit
1/2 oz. PISAM
1/4 oz. Creme de Violette
1/2 oz. Fresh lime juice

combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake hard and fine strain into a chilled martini glass.
