Named Double Gold and Best in Class at San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2021, our Gin is our pride and joy. An “American Style,” Gin, it features botanicals like sweet orange peel, cardamom, and lemongrass alongside the traditional juniper, coriander, and angelica. Distilled from corn-based neutral spirit, and bottled at 86 proof, Asbury Park Gin is approachable and versatile in cocktails.
Our Vodka is the second product we put to market. It’s distilled from the same corn-based GNS as our gin, but this time utilizing the column part of our still. This results in a clean, neutral vodka with a medium body, slight sweetness, and just a hint of peppery spice and citrus
Our signature Gin rested in New American Oak for 3-4 months. The barrel imparts a light amber color, extra body, and flavors of vanilla and baking spice, which complement the cardamom, orange and angelica. Barrel Finished Gin adds depth to traditional gin cocktails, and an intriguing twist to bourbon cocktails.
Our Double Barrel Bourbon is a sourced 2-year-old Bourbon made from 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley. To make the whiskey our own, we finish it in our ex-gin barrels before blending it down to 88 proof. The barrel imparts some extra depth and floral notes from the gin, resulting in a medium-bodied bourbon with lasting spice and sweetness that is perfect for cocktails.
Our Small Batch Bourbon is made from grain-to-glass in the Garden State. Starting with corn, rye, and malted barley exclusively from Rabbit Hill Farms in Shiloh, NJ, the fermentation, distillation, and maturation is all done right here in Asbury Park. Each batch is a little different, comprised of 6-10 barrels that are aged for minimum of 4 years and then hand-selected for the perfect combination.
Distilled from corn-based neutral spirit with a blend of botanicals including caraway, dill, green apple, fennel, and rose petal. Our aquavit is fresh and herbaceous, and makes a great substitution in both gin- and tequila- based cocktails.
Made with Asbury Park Vodka, lemon peel, espresso beans, and sugar, our Espresso Limoncello is made using a sous-vide method. The espresso balances out the bright citrus for a truly unique flavor experience.
Pronounced puh-SAM (It’s more fun if you shout it), Pisam takes the nuttiness of an amaretto and adds dimension- cinnamon, clove, anise seed, cherries, and orange peel, which just a touch of sweetness. at 60 proof, it can be enjoyed on its own, add a little oomf to coffee, or be used in a myriad of ways for cocktails, from mai tais to margaritas
